This is a nice find and like a lot of items that went directly on to the forecourt they often had a harder life. Well this particular sign must have been located somewhere more pleasing as it is barely showing any indicators of wear.
This is a double sided BLUECOL safe antifreeze sign made from alloy and measures 23.5 inches in diameter (60.5cm) and still has the original fixing attached and date of manufacturer printed on the bottom of the sign B12.51 (December 1951)
