This truly stunning double faced petrol pump was fully restored 3 years ago. The restoration included stripping the pump down to its component parts, shot blasting the main frame and panels, powder coating and then spraying in the traditional Shell Petrol colours. Other aspects include re=chroming and sourcing of new bolts to secure the panels back on. All the internals were blasted and sprayed (black). This Avery Hardoll petrol pump dating from the 1930’s is in excellent condition and the workmanship to get it to this stage should be applauded.
